Rollover snarls traffic in downtown Barrington

Two people injured in rollover on County Road

Emergency personnel responded to a single car accident on County Road in Barrington on Tuesday night, Dec. 20.

According to the Barrington Fire Department, the accident occurred at about 6:30 p.m., in front of the Blue Kangaroo restaurant. The vehicle rolled over and two people suffered non-life threatening injuries. Barrington and East Providence rescues transported the people to area hospitals. 

The cause of the accident had not yet been released by officials.
