Barrington High School student-athletes will be going door-to-door on Saturday, Sept. 23 as part of the annual Barrington Booster Day fund-raiser.
The event is a membership drive which raises money for local student-athletes, recognitions and awards, sports equipment for the high school and middle school, as well as maintenance of the Booster Board and Eagles' Nest concession stand.
Following are some of the purchases made possible through support of the Booster Club: lacrosse and soccer goals, boys hockey practice pants, Community Scholarship Fund donation, the middle school wrestling program, the JP Medeiros Memorial Hockey Scholarship, iPad software of volleyball, Victory Field and Eagles' Nest signs, folding chairs with new logo for the gym, and many more.
