Bristol arrests: Drug fire, domestic assault and More

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

Kelly Normandin, 22, of 228 State St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was charged on Aug. 7 with manufacturing narcotics, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to deliver narcotics, maintaining a common nuisance, and three counts of controlled substance conspiracy. Ms. Normandin was allegedly part of a hashish manufacturing conspiracy that resulted in an explosion and fire on State Street.

Alexander Carbera, 21, of 81 Sumter St., Apt. 1, Providence, was arrested on Aug. 9 on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Zachary R. Laber, 26, of 228 State St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was charged on Aug. 10 with manufacturing narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance. He was allegedly involved in hashish manufacturing along with Ms. Normandin.

Matthew D. Waddell, 30, of 1390 Hope St., Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant and also charged with violating a no contact order.

Matthew S. Cronan, 36, of 560 Mowry St., Harrisville, was charged with domestic assault on Aug. 12.
