Barrington High School senior guard Andrea Kubas-Meyer marked a special evening with another standout performance on Monday.

The Eagles faithful congratulated Kubas-Meyer for reaching the 1,000-point mark for her career, and cheered on the standout guard as she poured in a game-high 26 points and helped Barrington rally for a 52-42 win over South Kingstown.

The Rebels opened up a 27-21 halftime lead over Barrington, but the Eagles rallied to outscore South Kingstown 31-15 in the second half. Caroline Adamson scored nine points and Alex Marinelli and Cary Heterick each had five.

Kubas-Meyer had 31 points, including 14-of-18 from the free throw line, to lead the Eagles to a 57-52 win over North Kingstown on Friday, Feb. 2. Marinelli dropped in 17 in the win.

Barrington's record in the division is 12-2.
