In one of the March 13 police reports, a woman complained about a man yelling at her for leaving a filled “dog poop” bag beside the road. She stated she intended to pick it up on the return leg of her walk; but, I can also understand why she was yelled at.
I have often walked the streets of Barrington, sometimes in company with a dog on a leash. When I first started seeing “poop bags by the road”, I assumed someone was planning to pick it up upon returning—only to discover on subsequent walks that was not the case.
