Margaret M. Elliott, 88, of Barrington

Margaret M. (O'Neill) Elliott, age 88, of Barrington, passed away, Saturday, March 17, 2018 in the Grace Barker Nursing Home.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Kelly) O'Neill, she had been a resident of Barrington since 1965.

Mrs. Elliott worked as a purchasing agent for American Touristor for forty years before her retirement in 1992 and was a communicant of Saint Alexander's Church. An animal lover of all, she really enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by one son, Stephen J. Elliott of Bristol; one sister, Anne Raponi and her husband James and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late James C. Elliott, Jr.

Her funeral will be held on Friday, March 23, at 8:30 a.m. from the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Alexander's Church, 221 Main St., Warren. Relatives and friends invited. Visitation is Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
