We face the challenge of continuing to innovate so that our students can be their best. This is why improving how the school committee operates to ensure that our administration, staff and schools are all working together towards a united goal is so important.
I believe Barrington has the potential to be one of the best public school systems in New England. But we can’t evolve by continuing to use the same tried and true methods.
From strategic planning to community meetings and policy creation, the school committee must lead the way. If we expect great things from our students, then we must expect them of our leaders as well.
