Immediately following the budget votes at tonight's financial town meeting in Barrington, taxpayers will be asked to vote for the next Committee on Appropriations.
Three seats on the five-seat committee will be up for re-election. Barrington Town Clerk Meredith DeSisto said current committee members Per Vaage and Josh Berlinsky are not running for re-election, while current COA member Cynthia Rosengard is running for re-election.
Ms. DeSisto said other residents who have declared their intentions to run for the committee are Jim Sanderson, Jude Kosta, Lisa Daft, John Alessandro and Mike DeAngelis.
The deadline to declare as a candidate for the committee was Wednesday, May 15.
