TIVERTON — A man suspected of committing a robbery of the north Tiverton branch of Bank Newport on April 2 was arrested Monday in Bristol. Cody Toolis, 27, of Fall River, was thereafter arraigned in District Court in Newport on charges of 2nd degree robbery, and is being held as a fugitive on separate Massachusetts charges, said Tiverton Police Chief Patrick Jones Monday night. more
