Bristol arrests: Domestic disorderly, suspended licenses, and more

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests this week:

Eric A. Pires, 25, of 725 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of possession with intent to deliver.

Michael W. Jordan, 64, of Metacom Avenue, warren, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, reckless driving and threats to public officials. He was arrested on Hope Street around 9:30 p.m. Jan. 30.

Tirana A. Partin, 29, of 262F Chad Brown St., Providence, was charged with driving with a suspended license (third offense) on Metacom Avenue just after midnight Jan. 31.

Nicole J. Smith, 38, of 144 New Hampshire Ave., Somerset, Mass., was charged with driving with a suspended license on Metacom Avenue at 2 a.m. She was also arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant.

Bryan M. Vollaro, 37, of 16 Roma St., Bristol, was charged with driving without a license (third offense) on Hope Street at 12:30 p.m.

Clifford G. Terra, 35, of 54 Mason St., Apt. 1, Warren, was charged with driving under the influence on Tupelo Street just after midnight Feb. 1.

Julio Domingo Diaz Liberata, 20, of 15 Roma St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was charged with violating a no contact order.

Michael Paul Catanzaro, 28, of 241 High St., Apt. 2R, Bristol, was charged with driving with a suspended license on Hope Street just before 10 p.m.

Christian M. Spina, 24, of 1 Jenny Lane, Bristol, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police were called to the area for reports of a fight in progress just before 10 a.m.

Glenn S. Opielawski, 38, of 27 Adams Ave., East Providence, was charged with driving with a suspended license on Metacom Avenue just after 10 p.m.

Steven R. Aldrich, 36, of 93 Franklin St., #2E, Bristol, and Jasmine E. Dargon, 25, of the same address, were both charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.

Steven R. Aldrich, 36, of 93 Franklin St., Apt. 2E, Bristol, was arrested on a warrant Feb. 4.

Daniel L. Pepper, 29, of 34 Byfield St., Bristol, was charged with driving with a suspended license (third offense) on State Street just before 6 p.m.

Brendan Michael Travers, 19, of 45 Old Belden Hill Road, Wilton, Conn., was charged with underage possession of alcohol at Mt. Hope Liquors on Metacom Avenue.

Rondell Banks, 29, of 160 Broad St., Providence, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving with a suspended license after he was pulled over at Metacom Avenue and Tupelo Street.

David E. Torres, 20, of 120 Peck Ave., Bristol, was charged with driving with a suspended license on Metacom Avenue at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 5.

Maria J. Ferreira, 60, of 47 Brookfarm Drive, Bristol, was cited for driving without a license on Gooding Avenue just before 2 p.m.

Joao C. Silva, 58, of 71 Mary Ave., Apt. 1, East Providence, was charged with driving with a suspended license on Hope Street at 4:40 p.m.

Wilson Brewster Brown, 19, of 6 Berkley Court, Hingham, Mass., was charged with interfering with fire alarm apparatus at the Almeida Court Apartments around 6:30 p.m.
