Letter: Coyne provides strong leadership, honesty

To the editor:

I met Cindy Coyne in 2009, when I was director of the Barrington Senior Center.

At that time, Cindy was a member of the Barrington Town Council and liaison to the Center’s Senior Service Advisory Board. She regularly attended these monthly meetings keeping the board and myself informed of pertinent town issues that could impact the seniors in the community.

She was a dedicated advocate for the seniors and represented their voice on the council. Cindy promoted and supported issues that were in the best interest for this segment of the community — she was involved and accessible. She is competent, has a moral compass and is committed to this vulnerable population.

Cindy provides her constituents with strong leadership, honesty and respect. I am voting for Cindy Coyne and I encourage you to do the same!
