Speak-Out: Bristol bands should lead Bristol’s parade

Was it not the Bristol Fourth of July Parade that just took place? If so, WHERE WERE THE TWO BANDS FROM BRISTOL? Certainly not leading the parade as they should be. The Portuguese Independent Band is the oldest band in town. They should be leading the parade, followed by the Bristol Warren Regional High School band. Once again, Fourth of July Committee, leave this as they should be. Thank you.
