Clement E. Beauregard, age 80, passed away on Oct. 5, 2017, in Crestwood Nursing Facility in Warren after a long illness with Parkinson’s disease. He was the husband of the late Janice A. (Mercure) Beauregard and was married for 54 years. They were residents of Swansea for 40 years before moving to Bristol.

Mr. Beauregard was born in Fall River, a son of the late Joseph C. and Mary Susan (Callahan) Beauregard. Clement was a skilled auto mechanic and owner of B&R Auto sales for over 40 years. He also worked at Lockheed Martin, BA Dario Ford, Herb Chambers Cadillac, Gesner Subaru and King Richard’s Auto Sales.

He enjoyed spending his free time with his family, playing golf, fishing, boating and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. He and his wife, Janice, enjoyed taking rides to Cape Cod and enjoyed vacationing in Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Island, where they loved the ocean and shelling. Clement was a fun-loving husband and father and will be truly missed.

Clement is survived by his two daughters, Susan Beauregard Teixeira and husband Jonathan Teixeira of Bristol, and Allyson M. Beauregard of Bristol. He was the grandfather of Nicholaus Teixeira of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Andrew and Jonathan Teixeira of Bristol; uncle of Jon J. Beauregard and his wife Rachel of Chandler, Ariz., Ralph, Keith and Robin Mercure of Southeastern, Mass.; brother of Patricia and Marilyn Beauregard of Seattle, Wash.; and longtime childhood friend of Carl “Red” DiManno. Clement was the brother of the late Ronald, James and Milton Beauregard.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St., Warren. In lieu of flowers, the family would like for memorial contributions to be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
