The South Coast of Massachusetts is teaming with beautiful, sandy beahces and wide open country spaces. On the market in the Round Hill Neighborhood of South Dartmouth is a custom-built home with water views of Buzzard's Bay and many unique features.

Designed by architect Christopher Hall, this multi0level, modern home offers serene natural light with skylights and oversized windows. Sitting on a 40,510 square-foot lot, the home is perfect for year-round living or a cavation oasis.

The first floor offers bright and airy living spaces with a fireplace in the living room and the dining room, each surrounded by custom built-ins perfect to display pictures and other special items.

The home has immaculate hardwood flooring throughout and skylights bringing in the light during the daytime and the stars at night. The home has central air and a central vacuum system.

The large kitchen has granite countertops and an open flow to the living and dining areas — great for entertaining.

The second floor offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the master with an en suite bath with a Swedish sauna and soaking tub.

The best part of the home is the unique third-level observatory with water views and wet bar, a great space to relax with a good book or to create an amazing home office. The space could also be used as a guest room.

The home boasts and oversized garage, a walkout basement with workshop and wine storage, and much more. The home is available for the asking price of $729,900. For more information, contact Lindsey Duckworth, with Keller Williams Realty of Newport, at 508-284-0158.
