Letter: A sea of flags as big as the town's love

Thank you to everyone who played a part of making the display of over 1,000 flags illuminated  at night on Pike's Peak. It is a beautiful, thoughtful tribute to our veterans, and to the patriotic music of Taps at sunset, I thank you.

As a 100 percent disabled veteran's widow, I personally feel the love you all gave with the gifts of your time and sponsorship. Thank you warmly.
