To the editor:

Ms Dina,

I must say, your letter to the Editor had me laughing and made my day.  I am now retired, however I have been in your place. There has to be a better plan.

There is one thing you did not include. It is when the driver and/or monitor/or parent starts this friendly banter which takes up even more time.

Do your job and get bus the bus rolling.
