Voters across the Sakonnet area cast their ballots Tuesday, voting for school committee and town council candidates, local Representatives and Senators, and statewide and local questions.
In Little Compton, Travis Auty, a candidate for school committee and the chairman of the Little Compton Democratic Town Committee, manned a barbecue and served breakfast sandwiches as voters arrived. On the other side of the common, Republican supporter Mike Bugara stood with other supporters and candidates, holding a political sign. Check back here for full election results as they come in.
