PORTSMOUTH — A 21-year-old Portsmouth man was charged last week with domestic disorderly conduct at his apartment at Carnegie Tower, 1 Tower Drive.

At about 8:35 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, officers responded to Apt. 1802 at the 22-story complex to investigate a report of a disturbance in progress, police said.

When they arrived it was determined that Maximillion E. Lease, of that address, had forced his way into a bedroom and had a loud altercation with his family, according to police.

Lease was placed under arrest and held at the police station pending his arraignment, police said.

Here are some more recent highlights from the Portsmouth Police report:

Timothy Edgeworth Santos, 27, of 400 Metacomet 209, Bristol, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses/personation, between $1,500 and $5,000. He was taken into custody at his home at about 6:20 a.m. by the R.I. Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.

Michael Kevin Young, 34, of 104 Hunts Ave., Pawtucket, was arrested on an active affidavit warrant out of Providence after being stopped on Route 24 shortly before 4 p.m. for traveling too closely to the vehicle in front of him, police said.
