Sea to Table Tasting

Posted

Take an epicurean tour of the sea — Ocean State style, Thursday, March 30 at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, RI. Rhode Island is home to a thriving seafood industry with a deep heritage and bright future. You’re invited to spend an evening sampling the harvest from some of the richest waters in the world, or as we like to call it, our backyard.

The Sea to Table Tasting shines a light on the thriving, local shellfish/fishing industry and its place in our local food scene. We feature local chefs, who are creating amazing food, with the locally-sourced seafood that the Ocean State is best known for. The event shines a spotlight on local chefs and their growing relationship(s) with the local, sustainable seafood industry and the idea of locally-sourced seafood.

Presented in partnership with Eating with the Ecosystem.
