Portsmouth Police charge two with driving while intoxicated

PORTSMOUTH — Here are some more highlights from the Portsmouth Police log from over the past week.

Wednesday, March 7

Natacha L. Boehning, 46, of 250 Robert Gray Ave., Tiverton, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after police pulled her car over for a traffic violation on Route 24 Noth at Boyds Lane around 2 a.m.

Friday, March 9

Allen D. Foster, 50, of 255 Middle St., Fall River, was arrested on a full Superior Court bench warrant after being pulled over for a traffic violation around 10 a.m. on Route 24 North at Cedar Island.

Devante D. Lee, 20, of 41 East Bowery St., Apt. 3, Newport, was charged with driving with a suspended license after being pulled over for a traffic violation at Citizens Bank on East Main Road around 4:40 p.m.

Angel Merced, 42, of 34 Bramans Lane, was charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct after police responded to her home around 9:30 p.m. to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance.

Sunday, March 11

Dionisio J.M. Gil, 26, of 624 Orswell St., Fall River, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after police responded to a requested to check the condition of the driver around 1:45 a.m. on West Main Road at Turkey Hill.

Monday, March 12

Heather E. McGuire, 49, of 66 Third St., Newport, was charged with domestic cyberstalking after police in Newport picked her up on a Portsmouth warrant around 7:20 p.m.

Wednesday, March 14

Stephanie D. Peno, 27, of 19 Wisdom Ave., Providence, was charged with obstructing an officer in execution of duty. She was arrested on a warrant around 11 a.m.
