PORTSMOUTH — Due to some inquiries about the physical status of the former Coggeshall School building, the town has scheduled a pre-proposal open house for all prospective bidders from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, at the facility, 321 East Main Road.
The meeting is not mandatory for prospective bidders.
The Town of Portsmouth issued a request for proposals (RFP) on Dec. 21, 2018, to seek a concessionaire to redevelop and operate the town-owned building.
The RFP, along with questions and answers from the pre-proposal bidders conference, is available on the town’s website.
Final proposals are due no later than 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30.
