Why not improve the value of an education in RI? Our high schools need help, our middle schools need help. Put the money toward improving what we have in place and we will produce better workers.

Rep. Marshall worked his way up on the back of the crook Ray Gallison. Gallison was in charge of a program to help under privileged children at URI. The crook Gallison took the money for himself. We can not trust Rep. Marshall, he is part of the same clan. If he didn't know anything about Gallison, how can we trust anything that he says. He is incompetent. Other people much further away from Gallison pointed out his fraud, but Kenny Marshall had no idea. Question these leaders, this state is disgusting.
