Here is an idea.

I know Mr. Prezeres has done SO much for the town and he is SO passionate about Bristol. But maybe, he can put his greedy intentions aside and listen to the People of the Town, the Police Department and Fire Department, who have introduced more than enough reasons to NOT have this drive-thru in such a dangerous location.

Create a New Ordinance. The second the line for the drive-thru extends into Hope St. and/or blocks a sidewalk, they should be FINED. They will need to hire a police detail. That should extend to all drive-thru services in this Town. We have a unique traffic pattern, with seasonal fluctuations and roads that are just not accommodating to the high amount of visitors. Barrington does not allow a Drive-thru at the Dunkin on County, I imagine because of safety and traffic concerns. The people of Bristol shouldn't be pushed around. Many of those concerned have done outstanding service for their countries, and for this town, now they are afraid to pull out of their neighborhoods. That is unacceptable.
