So under MR. STAN-LAUREL'S plan, Warren saves even more tax dollars while Bristol gets hosed again.

“There is sentiment coming from both Warren and Bristol that the only fair way to do this is to have one taxing district.” - I've got a better idea, why don't we just fold Warren into Bristol, that way we can get rid of 1 town council, a town manager, a police chief, etc, etc, etc......
