The Lions finished with a 7–9-2 record in the II-North standings. Lincoln-E.P. dropped its final two outings to close out the regular season, 4-2 to the St. Raphael-PCD-Wheeler co-op (9-9-0) and 5-0 to the first-place Barrington side (16-1-1). City resident Patrick Coughlin scored for SRA-PCD-Wheeler in the Knights win. East Providence’s Alex Peters was in net for the Lions. The previous weekend, in the last Lincoln-E.P. win, city resident Colin Feeney scored the Lions’ first goal in their 4-2 victory over North Smithfield. Peters made 24 saves.

The scheduled for the first round best-of-three playoff series between Lincoln-E.P. and Barrington is as follows: Friday night, March 9, 6 p.m., Portsmouth Abbey; Saturday night, March 10, 7:20 p.m., 146 Arena in North Smithfield; third game if necessary, Monday night, March 12, at Portsmouth Abbey, time to be determined.
