When they go to the polls Nov. 6, voters will be asked to approve the borrowing of $367.3 million for capital projects related to education, green economy and clean water. 

Here are the three bond questions:

1) Rhode Island school buildings — $250 million to provide state assistance to cities and towns for the construction of new public schools and renovation of existing public schools

2) Higher education facilities — $70 million to be allocated as follows:

• $45 million for the University of Rhode Island Narragansett Bay Campus

• $25 million for the Rhode Island College School of Education and Human Development

3) Green economy and clean water — $47.3 million for environmental and recreational purposes, to be allocated as follows:

• $5 million for coastal resiliency and public access projects 

• $7.9 million for capital for clean water and drinking water

• $5 million for wastewater treatment facility resilience improvements

• $4.4 million for dam safety

• $7 million for dredging of the downtown Providence rivers

• $5 million for the state bikeway development program

• $4 million for brownfield remediation and economic development

• $5 million for local recreation projects

• $2 million for access to farmland

• $2 million for local open space
