The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests:

William J. Heil IV , 39, of 23 Rosedale Drive, Bristol, was charged with failing to register as a sex offender on Sept. 19.

Bristol Police: New sex offender, domestic assault, counterfeiting

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests:

William J. Heil IV, 39, of 23 Rosedale Drive, Bristol, was charged with failing to register as a sex offender on Sept. 19.

Christian Mona-Serna, 20, of 153 Lincoln Ave., New London, Conn., was charged with domestic assault and domestic larceny.

Justin R. Marks, 31, of 10 Crown St., Providence, was charged with two counts of forgery/counterfeiting and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Rebecca L. McLaughlin, 52, of 51 Cottage Ave., Portsmouth, was arrested on a Providence Police warrant for a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses Sept. 21.

Brittany R. Blanchette, 20, of 750 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting, and Rachel L. Coleman, 32, of 725 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit shoplifting after police were called Seabra market on Hope Street just before 5 p.m. Sept. 22.

Andrew Calle, 20, of 49 Webster St., Apt. 11, Pawtucket, was charged with underage possession of alcohol Sept. 24, and Elizabeth Grace Anderson, 20, of 46 Kelseytown Road, Killingworth, Conn., and Anne D. Bartkus, 21, of 26 Meadowbrook Road, Bedford, Mass., were charged with providing alcohol to a minor.
