C. Gene “Hot Rod” Davis, 74, of Warren, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Center. He was the husband of Barbara (Cameron) Davis.

Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Clarence and Clara (Avila) Davis. He was the brother of Robert Davis and Richard Davis; uncle of Robert Davis, Monica Davis, Ryan Davis, Richard Davis, Lauren Davis and the late Nancy Davis DeBlois. He also is survived by many great nieces and nephews.

Mr. Davis attended Bristol schools and worked as a diesel mechanic.

His funeral services were held Monday, February 28 from the George Lima Funeral Home in Bristol with a Funeral Service at St. Michael’s Church, Bristol.
