Jaime E. “Jimmy” Vieira, 28, of Warren, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at home.
Born in Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, he was the son of Jose C. and Maria (Cunha) Vieira. He was the father of Julian and Bentley Vieira and brother of Elisabete Vieira, Tina Cardoso, Patricia Beaupre, Joe Vieira Jr., Goretti Texeira and Ashley Vieira. Mr. Vieira was also the grandson of Maria Vieira and fiancé of Lynsey Medeiros. He attended Bristol schools and was a self-employed carpenter.
His funeral services were held Wednesday, April 9 from the George Lima Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian burial celebrated by Rev. Luis Dutra in St. Elizabeth’s Church. Liturgical readings were by Jasmine DeMello and Angel DeMello. The Prayer of the Faithful was read by Angelica Vieira and the offertory gifts were presented by Emily DeMello, Kimberly Vieira and Aliyah Vieira.
Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Jeffrey Vieira, Joshua Vieira, TJ Vieira, Tony DeMelo, Peter Beaupre and Derek Machado.
