A Night to Remember Newport

Posted

The 2019 Night to Remember Fashion Show on Friday, March 22 at the beautiful Rosecliff Mansion on Newport.

This event will not only showcase leaders in the regional and national fashion world, it will be an opportunity for local boutiques to show their spring and summer clothing and accessory lines. All of it will be expertly modeled by community leaders, students, professional models. This beloved and popular community event will once again benefit Roger's High School.

The highlight of the evening will be a runway fashion show. Style Week and Providence-based designer Kent Stetson (http://www.kentstetson.com) will be one of the show’s headliners along with Boston Fashion Week designer Denise Hajjar (https://www.denisehajjar.com).

The school’s cosmetology students will help with hair and make-up touches to give the models their finished look.

A wide assortment of hors d'oeuvres and desserts will be prepared and served by the students in the culinary program at NACTC.

Blackstone Caterers will additionally be on hand. Complimentary champagne, wine, beer, and soft drinks will be served.

Proceeds from this year’s event will be used to cover the cost of graduation cap and gown rentals, offset expenses for the senior prom, and provide much-needed items for each of the NACTC disciplines such as long-hair mannequins, hand tools for carpentry, and drill sets for automotive.
