Assaults, B&E and drug possession charges top Portsmouth police report

PORTSMOUTH — Here are some highlights from the Portsmouth Police report from over the past week:

Thursday, Sept. 21

John D. Williams, 37, of 10 Hemlocks Shore Road, Lakeville, Mass., was charged with domestic assault and battery at 7:40 a.m., after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Friday, Sept. 22

Craig M. Preuit, 37, of 25 Mail Coach Road, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle/parts, a felony, after he was pulled over for a traffic violation on West Main Road at Mailcoach Road at about 8:40 p.m. Mr. Preuit was also cited for driving without a license, and had an active 3rd District Court bench warrant, according to police. 

Sunday, Sept. 24

Omar R. Aggarwal, 28, of 5 Hatfield St., Pawtucket, was charged with felony domestic assault (strangulation) and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone. He was arrested at about 1:20 a.m. on Black Point Lane, police said.

Ondine L. Manchester, 45, of 421 Jepson Lane, was charged with domestic assault around 6:30 p.m. Police had responded to a report of a domestic assault and disturbance at a Jepson Lane home.

Monday, Sept. 25

Jordan L. Sawyer, 30, of 1239 Anthony Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), following a motor vehicle accident on Anthony Road around 1 a.m.

Dove A. Schiavone, 21, of 86 Cedar Ave., was charged with domestic assault after police responded to Jepson Lane around 7:30 a.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Victor H. Gomez, 62, of 45 Orchard St., Apt. 2, Lynn. Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) following a motor vehicle accident on West Main Road at King Charles Drive around 4 p.m. Mr. Gomez was also cited for refusing a chemical test.

Randy S. Bobstock, 50, of 2 Debra Drive, was charged with breaking and entering with felonious intent. Police made the arrest after responding to a report of a breaking and entering on Debra Drive around 5:20 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Michael R. Tedoldi, 58, of 471 Hunnewell St., Apt. 1, Needham, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) after he was pulled over on Route 24 South at Freeborn Street shortly after 2:30 a.m. Mr. Tedoldi was also cited for refusing a chemical test and driving after his license had been denied, suspended or revoked.

Kristin L. Walker, 35, of 21 Rogers Lane, Middletown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at about noon. Police made the arrest after a traffic stop on Route 24 South at Boyd’s Lane.

Jeffrey R. Moss, 19, of 73 Sherry Ave., Bristol, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct after being arrested on a warrant at about 4 p.m.
