Barrington High School senior Maile Somera has been named as the Division I girls volleyball player of the year in Rhode Island.
Maile, an outside hitter who led the Eagles to the state finals this fall, was also named first team All-State and first team All-Division.
In addition, Barrington High School sophomore Casey Lambert and junior Grace Angelini were named second team All-Division.
