Barrington High School standouts Clare Gaffney and Hope Robertson were recently named as 2018 Girls’ High School All-Americans as well as All-Academic by U.S. Lacrosse.
Hope received both awards last year as well, and Clare was named All-Academic in 2017.
This year, Clare also received the 2018 Jackie Pitts Award, which recognizes a graduating senior who honors the game of lacrosse, is invested in the development of the game in her community, is an exceptional player who continually strives to improve her game, and is an exemplary member of her team.
Clare and Hope helped lead the Barrington High School girls lacrosse team to the Division I state finals this year.
