The Barrington High School girls indoor track team won the Bayha Division Championship on Saturday, Jan. 27. 

Barrington finished the meet with 121 points, followed by North Kingstown, Classical, East Greenwich and five other teams.

Caroline Livingston won the 1,000-meter race and the 1,500-meter race to capture key points for Barrington. Other top finishers for the Eagles included Tess Gagliano (first place in 600), Kate Zitzmann (second in 600 and 3,000), Julia Howarth (third in 300), Abigail Walter (sixth in 55 meters), Anna Downes (fifth in 1,000), Riley Kloc (third in 1,500), Claire Grover (third in 55 hurdles, second in high jump), Annika Kelly (first in weight throw, third in shot put), Faith Polando (sixth in shot put), and Sydney Polando (second in weight throw).

Barrington's Howarth, Gagliano, Audrey Gravelle and Zitzmann won the 4x400-meter relay, and the team of Kloc, Downes, Fiona Ainsworth and Gagliano were second in the 4x800. Gravelle, Jillian Walter, Howarth and Abigail Walter finished fourth in the 4x200.

Annika Kelly broke her school indoor shot put record of 33 feet, 10.5 inches with a new distance of 33 feet, 11 inches.
