The Barrington High School field hockey team which recently won a Division I state championship has earned regional recognition.
The website MaxPreps ranked the Barrington team 11th in the Northeast Regional ranking.
Barrington High School coach Holly Morris said she was very excited about the team's ranking. The Eagles defeated Moses Brown 2-1 in the state finals.
