Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the sale of 2 Hoffman Lane for $3,850,000.
According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the transaction represents the highest sale in Barrington in more than three years.
Designed by Rhode Island architect Greg Schneider and built by Dave Butera of Butera builders, the home offers five bedrooms and more than 6,000 square feet of living space.
The sellers of this waterfront home were represented by Beth Davis, and the buyers were represented by David Coleman, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
“This idyllic waterfront home features timeless, custom quality set on private, parklike grounds. Featuring a deep-water dock overlooking Narragansett Bay, this is truly a signature East Bay home that the buyers will enjoy for years to come,” said Mr. Coleman.
Added Ms. Davis: “Unobstructed westerly water views span the rear of this custom home with plenty of room for entertaining."
