The Barrington High School boys volleyball team improved to 3-3 after defeating Johnston 3-0 (25-11, 25-15, 25-18) on Monday night, April 23.
Barrington's Tyler Prates finished the game with 11 kills and eight digs while Mason DiMarco had six kills, nine digs and eight aces. Antonio Campomanes-Gonzalez, Barrington's senior setter, had 24 assists.
Against West Warwick, Barrington lost 1-3 (20-25, 26-24, 23-25, 20-25). Foster Egan (junior middle blocker) had 7 kills on 21 attacks, Mason DiMarco (junior outside hitter) had 8 kills on 21 attacks, 4 aced serves, and 21 digs defensively, and Tyler Prates (senior outside hitter) had 6 kills and 17 digs. Campomanes-Gonzalez finished with 20 assists, 4 aced serves, and 13 digs defensively.
