Bristol arrests: Domestic strangulation, underage possession, DUI and more

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests this week:

Jacob Semiao, 18, of 45 Mason St., Warren, Trenton D. Ferreira, 18, of 204 Touisset Road, Warren, and Coby R. Castriotta, 18, of 41 Dimond Ave., Bristol, were all charged with underage possession of alcohol after police were called to a house party on Jel Way just after 9 p.m. April 17.

Anthony Avila III, 63, of 15 Massasoit Ave., Apt. 24, Bristol, was arrested April 18 on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of sixth degree arson in East Providence.

Rachel L. Barnett, 24, of 15 Baker Pines Road, Richmond, was arrested in Providence on past Bristol charges of obstructing an officer on April 19.

Darryl P. Larrivee, 30, of 109 Park Drive, East Providence, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant. He was taken into custody on Metacom Avenue around 5 p.m. April 20.

Joshua Corriveau, 29, of 25 Thompson Ave., Apt 2F, Bristol, was charged with assault on a person over 60 and domestic disorderly conduct.

Colby Richard Bednarz, 25, of High Street, Bristol, was charged with domestic assault by strangulation and domestic vandalism April 21.

Karen Marie Gauthier, 29, of 211 Lepes Road, Somerset, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test after being pulled over on Chestnut Street just before 8 p.m. April 23.
