Bristol arrests: DUI, domestic, woman arrested twice

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

Rayan Y. Aljadeen, 22, of 37 Congregational St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested April 11 on a 6th District Court bench warrant.

Catherine Donnelly, 49, of 84 Palmer St., Somerset, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Hope Street just before 6 p.m. April 11.

Kelli A. McGowan, 33, of Dewolf Avenue, Bristol, was arrested April 12 on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of disorderly conduct. She was taken into custody after police arrested her after being called to the area around 1:30 a.m. to remove an unwanted person.

Ms. McGowan was later released, only to be arrested for the second consecutive day, this time charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. Police were called to Dewolf Avenue just before 1:30 p.m. for reports of a domestic disturbance. She and another person were brought to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Ms. McGowan became combative with hospital staff and had to be restrained, according to police reports.

Conceição Medeiros, 52, of Lindberg Avenue in Bristol, was charged with domestic assault, domestic vandalism and larceny after police were called to the area for removal of an unwanted person on April 14.

Allis C. Carlone, 23, of Harrison Street in Bristol, was charged with domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism after police were called to the area for reports of an intoxicated woman.

Christy E. Kilpatrick, 26, of 384 Metacom Ave., Apt. 2, Warren, was charged with driving under the influence, .15 or greater, after she was pulled over at Metacom and Bay View avenues at 10 p.m. April 14.
