Cycology Studio debuts in Tiverton

Start with cycling and other forms of exercise, add the psychology of believing that fitness goals can be achieved and you’ve got ’Cycology.’

Little Compton couple Brian and Lauren Camara have launched Cycology Studio at 1701 Stafford Road in Tiverton.

“Our mission is to provide an entertaining, friendly and inviting exercise experience for individuals at all levels of fitness,” Ms. Camara said.”It is a unique experience that is designed to challenge and strengthen both the mind and body.”

Offerings include group cycling, Zumba, active older adult fitness and yoga, Box Mania, as well as Saturday morning cycling classes for youngsters age 12 and older.

“Our instructors cover a broad spectrum of fitness level workouts that assist the participants in reaching new fitness goals. The group classes are high energy, motivational and maintain a positive vibe by reminding the participants that it is your ride and you're in control of your own pace.”

Lighting will enhance the rides, Ms. Camara said. “Whether it is subtle lighting ride, blacklight glow rides or flashing strobes, we've got you covered.”  Instructors “incorporate great music, lighting and motivation to make each ride Classes range from beginner Cycology up to ‘Psycho Cycology’ for advanced spinners, along with a Sunrise Spin for all levels.
