PORTSMOUTH — Peter Cottontail didn’t need to hop to his destination on Saturday. He arrived by boat.

The Easter Bunny docked up outside Thrive Coffee House, which overlooks Blue Bill Cove, and greeted dozens of children and their families who were patiently awaiting his arrival.

The occasion was the coffee house’s first Easter egg hunt, which the owners say will be an annual event.

Scroll through the photos above for more of Saturday’s fun.
