EAST PROVIDENCE — The EPHS boys’ lacrosse squad dropped a 7-5 decision to Scituate in a Division IV contest last Wednesday afternoon, April 20, in city.
The loss left the Townies with a 1-3 record in the early going of their 2022 league slate while the win was the first in four D-IV matches at the time for the visiting Spartans.
Scituate never trailed after scoring the game’s first goal, leading 2-1 at the end of the first quarter, 4-3 at half and 6-4 at the conclusion of three periods.
