Mrs. Grace A. (Vorro) Vezina, age 83, of Silver Creek Manor, Bristol, died peacefully Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Silver Creek Manor, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of George P. Vezina, her husband of 63 years, who preceded her in death in May of this year. Born in Bristol and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Arico) Vorro.

A homemaker, Grace was a graduate of Colt Memorial High School, Class of 1952. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bristol. She was a past president of the Benjamin Church Manor Tenants Association, a former member of TOPS in Warren, and enjoyed traveling with her late husband George and with family.

She is survived by four daughters, Susan J. Lemois and Paula A. Mello (Richard), both of Bristol, Lorrie J. McKenzie (Steven) of New Port Richey, Fla., and Donna A. Glover (Dewel Jr.) of Bristol, eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Paul George Vezina and George P. Vezina, Jr., and a brother, Frank J. Vorro.

Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, are Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at 9 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State St., Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol.
