The Holly Brook neighborhood of Tiverton is the setting for this large colonial surrounded by nature and tranquility.

The home at 19 Morning Dove Drive in Tiverton, built in 1997, is on two private acres. With four bedrooms ans 2 bathrooms, it has space for a growing family, and room to expand.

The first floor features a an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and beautiful parquet flooring. The kitchen is designed for efficiency and has plenty of storage and counter space, with a huge island that confortably seats six.

The kitchen opens to a dining room and great room with a marble and wood fireplace. A full bathroom is located on the first floor, as is a large mudroom with a wall of storage space.

The second floor features four bedrooms, including a large master bedroom with spa bath. The laundry room is conveniently on the second floor, and a bonus room over the garage is unfinished, but could be used as a rec room or additional storage. Stairs to the attic giove easy access to additional storage.

There is more space in the basement for fun and games, and the present owners have ping-pong, pool and foosball tables there.

The home has a two-car garage and parking for 12 cars. A large deck off the south-facing rear side of the house gets plenty of sun. The backyard is lined with trees and a beautiful stone wall graces the front.
