You should hear the other side now. Have you ever come to Island Park on a beautiful weekend? Park Avenue is lined up with 80 percent of Massachusetts drivers. They use our beach for free. Walk down our sidewalks; they are used like everyone's ashtray. Dogs poop on our sidewalks. Trash builds up. The state does not keep it clean.

Mr. Gallagher wants the whole state here, really? Then the state should get on board and charge for parking, so that they can assign people to keep the beach clean. And speaking of that, where will all these state people park? He thinks they can park on Boyds Lane? Not.

Just stating some facts.
