Here's the deal, I know who you are, I know who your dogs are, I have video of you doing it. Being the nice guy that I am, I am only asking that you stop.

To the editor:
There is a little known, but quickly growing topographical feature right here in Warren. It lies betwixt the thoroughfares of Kinnicutt Avenue and Hezekiah Road along the sides of Schoolhouse Road.
It is the Great Poo Swamp and it is a growing eyesore, much thanks to the unscrupulous dog owners who, rather than take their pet's waste back home with them, they simply sling it in its colorful poo pouch, into the wetlands abutting the roadway. Classy.
Here's the deal, I know who you are, I know who your dogs are, I have video of you doing it. Being the nice guy that I am, I am only asking that you stop. I won't even ask that you retrieve your lost treasures. Just stop doing it. If you don't, I will gladly share my videos with the Warren Police. I will let them determine if littering fines are appropriate. I have trail cams with your identity clearly visible, and it wouldn't take Columbo to solve the caper.
So, please, stop being an irresponsible slob and stop throwing your dog waste into the wetlands. No harm letting your doggies poop along the shoulder and leaving it, at least it is biodegradable and not hanging from the brush in colorful bags. If it continues, I will file a complaint with WPD along with trail cam video and Santa may bring the offending parties a $500 littering fine. We all live here, there's no need to turn a stretch of sensitive wetlands into the Great Poo Swamp.
