Letter: Vineyard vote sold us down the river

To the editor:

It deeply saddens me that the Little Comnpton Town Council has allowed the Sakonnet Vineyard a variance to the ordinance you worked to implement.  I truly think the council has “sold us down the river.”

I strongly agree to allow the Stone House to operate as in previous years with no variances granted.

Perhaps they could operate and thrive if they continued along past venue activities and the local population could participate in making it financially successful.
