To the editor:
We'd like to thank you, Justin Katz, now Justin,
for the mess we face today.
We'd like to thank you, Justin Katz,
for every time we'll have to pay.
You promised we would pay less money, Justin,
if we'd vote for Budget 2.
But what you didn't tell us, Justin,
is that this simply isn't true.
If I must hire private service
to come and haul my trash away,
I project it will be much more
that I'll actually have to pay.
I hope you're happy, Justin Katz, now Justin.
We see an ego big and grand,
though it's the humble public servants
who truly do deserve a hand.
They're faced with cutting our town's service
while trying to keep us safe and sound.
So to fellow friends and neighbors,
who live throughout our lovely town,
it’s important to remember the reason for this budget gap.
No fault of our town's committees,
it's the fault of Justin Katz.
