She was formerly of Bristol, and St. Helena, Calif.

Lydia Simao Benevides, loving wife of the late August Benevides and daughter of Manuel and Emilia Simao, passed away on Monday, Aug. 17, 2015 at home in Redlands, Calif.

She was formerly of Bristol, and St. Helena, Calif.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015 at 1 p.m. at St. Helena Catholic Church in St. Helena, followed by a graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
