Lynn A. (Piekarski) Wojtyto, 62, of Barrington, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at Hope Hospice in Providence, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of James J. Wojtyto.

She was born in Providence, a daughter of Edwina (Milka) Piekarski of North Providence and the late Walter Piekarski.

Lynn was a Registered Nurse at the James L. Maher Center. She had been a Barrington resident for more than 40 years, coming from North Providence. She was a parishioner of St. Alexander Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister.

Mrs. Wojtyto was a swimmer and life member of the Bayside YMCA in Barrington.

Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her brother, Paul Piekarski and his wife Susan of Foster, RI; her niece, Lauren Piekarski; a nephew, Stephen Piekarski; and her cousins, Susan and Tony Terry of Barrington.
Her funeral will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24 from Smith Funeral and Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Alexander Church, 221 Main St., Warren. Burial will follow in St. Alexander Cemetery, Greenlawn Avenue, Warren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours are Saturday morning from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.
